Dr.Drell is a no brainer to go to for well-guided psychiatric care. He is appropriately conservative while also advocating to help you get to a more balanced place as quickly as can be. For years I was genuinely too concerned about side effects to add psychiatric care to my other forms of care. I experienced shocking months long episodes of severe panic attacks stemming from a single event and also fully acknowledged how severe my pmdd was going on without improvement for 2+years. I absolutely knew I needed additional help and conjured the courage to get in and I’m certainly glad I did.
